- Live at 1220 Fifth – head uptown to the Museum of the City of New York’s terrace for an evening of outdoor musical performances celebrating the city’s diversity. Admission includes access to the galleries and a complimentary cocktail. The event is being held from 6-9pm.
August 24th
- Checkout the Silent Film Festival at Socrates Sculpture Park in Queens. Movies begin at sunset and admission is free.
August 25th
- Rosemary’s Baby is showing at Brooklyn Bridge Park
- The Godfather is showing at Tompkins Square Park
- Lincoln Center Target Free Thursdays Presents: Ballets with a Twist at 8:30pm
- MOMA Nights – Every Thursday in the months of July and August the Museum of Modern Art remains up until 8:30pm. Enjoy cocktails and music in the garden and explore the galleries. Outdoor dinning is also available in Terrance 5.
August 26th
- Uptown Fridays @ the Studio Museum in Harlem from 6-9pm. Enjoy free admission, music, signature cocktails, drink specials and current exhibitions. This is the last one of the summer season!
- Staten Island End of Summer Golden Oldies Concert and Fireworks Show from 6:30-9pm. This will be held on Ocean Breeze Fishing Pier (at Father Capodanno and Seaview Ave) Featuring: The Clusters and Manhattan Skyline. Fireworks to follow. (Rain date: August 27th)
- Go for a 1 hour bike ride on Governors Island for free. There is a free 1 hour rental curtsey of Bike and Roll.
