Sunday Inspiriation is a new weekly post that will highlight things that are currently inspiring me and getting me through the week.

I love seeing the American flag flying high. It gives me a great sense of pride in my country and my job. Happy Veteran’s Day to all those who have served and continue to serve!

I love this quote! I printed it out and actually taped it near my door for those moments when I’m trying to find an excuse to not go for my run. Now that the weather is getting cooler I’ve ordered some cold weather running gear from Lucy Activewear and picked up some stuff from Dicks Sporting Goods.

My favorite song this week “Superwoman” by Alicia Keys. I can listen to it over and over again. I’m one of “those people” who will fall in love with a song and listen to it on repeat until I fall in love with another one. It’s the Pisces in me :)

The smell of lavender – candels burning, my favorite lotion, and linen spray. It makes unwinding at the end of the day so much easier.

I’ve been day dreaming about warm places, palm trees, and sandy beaches as the weather gets colder and the Nor’easter dumped snow on NYC. So, the girls and I have set the plan in motion we’ll be ringing in the New Year in Key West and the Bahamas! Counting down the days until NYE!
