It feels so good to be back in NYC. I’ve fallen in love with this city, and I’m so excited that I’ve been extended to stay in NYC one more year! These are the songs getting me through the week :)
I love starting my day with a yoga session. Even when I travel I use an app on my iPad so I can continue my practice when I’m on the road.

That’s awesome that you’re going to be there for one more year. When I lived in NJ, I spent the majority of my time in NYC. Great city. If I make it up to Philly next year I might have to try to meet up with you and Janelle.
