Hey! It’s me :) AGT! Also known as Erica. I’m a service member in the U.S Coast Guard , a travel blogger, foodie, and fashionista currently living and loving life in NYC.! I love exploring new cities, taking road-trips, traveling, and meeting new people. This blog began as a space to write about my adventures, my travels, and getting involved in my community as I travel for work and leisure. Now it has grown into a project to inspire and to encourage others to live a life that inspires. Get involved, get out and try something new, explore, dream, and discover the world around you!
Explore the world around you in your current city or town. Explore on foot, bike, car, train, or plane. Dream of your next adventure and remember the ones you’ve already taken. Discover new places, new ideas, new cultures, and more about yourself and other people along the way. Most importantly discover how you can have a positive impact and inspire others to do the same.
- Run, bike, and/or swim for a cause or simply for yourself
- Join an organization or start your own.
- Volunteer your time. Donate something you no longer need.
- Mix and mingle at charity events and find out how you can make a difference.
A Girl Travels will take you on a journey with me as I move from city to city learning to be a local, exploring new places, volunteering in the community, and meeting new people. I hope to inspire you to try something new, to go on an adventure, and to rediscover your own community. I’ll be taking pictures, volunteering, sharing events, eating food, exploring the world of fashion and beauty, and meeting new people along the way – I hope you’ll join me :)
