If you’re looking for something different to give as a gift this Valentine’s Day, or any day for that matter check out Yes Chocolates. Last month, at a Cocktails That Care event, I met the founder and creator of these yummy chocolates, Rebecca Novak. She had a wide variety of items to choose from, but I went for the broundie (pictured below), a brownie dipped in chocolate and served on a stick. Similar to a cake pop, but even better because its a brownie. I waited until I got home to eat it so that I could enjoy every bite without interruption. I know I know lol… sounds like serious business, but I don’t really like to eat and run.
Anywho…the broundie was AMAZING! I wish I would have eaten it while I was there and purchased more to take home. Don’t you just love hindsight?
Yes Chocolates are sold via her website, or at the following stores in Massachusetts:
Beacon Hill Chocolates, Boston
An Elegant Affair, Winchester
All That Matters, Belmont
“Yes Chocolates was founded by Rebecca Novak, whose childhood bedroom had way too many posters of Willy Wonka in it. After a brief career in advertising, she decided to chase her chocolate dreams full-time. She studied at The French Culinary Institute in New York City, where she graduated with an honors degree in deliciousness and one of those comically tall chef hats. Rebecca creates every Yes Chocolate by hand with quality ingredients and with a whole bunch of love. And without any assistance from Oompa Loompas.” ~Yes
